Night Guard Wear + Care Tips

Wearing Your Night Guard

  • Always rinse your night guard with warm (not hot) water before placing it in your mouth.

    • This helps it seat properly and prevents it from feeling too tight.

  • Wear your night guard as instructed, typically every night while sleeping.

  • If the night guard feels unusually tight, uncomfortable, or does not seat fully, do not force it—please contact our office.
