At-Home Whitening Instructions

Follow the instructions below for at-home whitening using custom trays. Our simple system makes it easier to achieve a whiter smile in the comfort of your home!

Brush and floss before whitening.

Removing plaque and food debris allows the whitening gel to contact your teeth evenly.

Gently dry your teeth.

Use a clean, dry cloth or finger wipe. A dry surface helps the gel stay in place.

Place one small drop of gel in the tray for each tooth.

Only a small amount is needed - approximately 1/4 cc of gel per tooth.

Do not overload the trays.

Excess gel can seep onto your gums and cause irritation without improving your results.

Whiten for 15-30 minutes.

Staying within the recommended treatment time helps produce results while limiting sensitivity.

Remove and rinse the trays with cold water.

Cold water removes the remaining gel without warping or damaging the trays.
